i bought an ip camera, this is bragging.

i bought tenvis ip cameara for pet monitoring.

FS-IPC100.

about $40.

i have 2 routers.
old one and new one.
but old one is good for this ip camera.

結局つながったのは、このbuffalo の昔からもっているルータ.

even in the dark place i can see my cat.
when the camera moves, there is small sound.
so cat mischa look at the camera, when i adjust the camera angel using the pc mouse.

anyway from now on i can see my cat in my office PC.

暗くてもよく映る.
アングルを変えると多少音がでるので、猫は、気なる模様.

And then android smart phone.

This is my memo for just in case

about setting of this camera

1. virus check of your computer off
2. computer time adjustment
3. DDNS information: MintDNS domain ******.dynddns.us

http://www.dynddns.us/

4. PC setting  DDNS url update : http://www.dynddns.us/nic/update, user name : mintdns user name, maybe mail adress. pass word : mintdns pass word. host name : ******.dynddns.us. And then UPnP setting : on.
5. After the pc setting you have to do the router setting. my old router is very old. so it was a little easy.

つなげるのに少々時間かかりました.　最後に苦労したのは、ルータの設定で、新しいルータには、ddns domain の種類を指定する項目があり、そこでmintdns を選択できず苦しみましたが、古いルータは、細かい設定がなく、なんなく　つながりました.

3 or 4 month later disconnection happened.
i made a new address in mintdns and rewrite it in ip camera.
it goes well again.
